Parts of the Service use artificial intelligence to generate coaching feedback, analysis and suggestions. AI outputs are recommendations and interpretations — not objective facts.

• AI may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate for your situation.
• The Service cannot know what another person thinks, feels or intends.
• You remain responsible for decisions you make, including messages you send and dates you pursue.
• The Service is not professional psychological, medical, legal or therapeutic advice. Maya is an AI coach, not a human therapist or counsellor.

We do not guarantee matches, relationships, dating success, another person's intentions, or the accuracy of any profile assessment.

The Service is designed to support reflection and decision-making. It is not a substitute for professional support where you need it.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login details secure, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Accounts are for individual use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

You retain ownership of content you submit (including photos, bios, prompts, conversations, notes and other uploads). You grant us a limited licence to host, store, process, analyse and display that content only as necessary to provide and improve the Service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.

We do not claim ownership of your content.

You must not upload content that:

• you do not have the right to share
• depicts minors in a dating or sexual context
• is illegal or promotes illegal activity
• is intended to harass, stalk or threaten someone
• contains unnecessary highly sensitive information about another person
• infringes intellectual property or privacy rights

Please minimise information about third parties wherever possible.

If you upload screenshots, conversations or profiles involving another person, those materials may contain their personal information. Upload only what is reasonably necessary for the analysis you request.

You are responsible for ensuring you are legally permitted to submit the content. These Terms do not replace your data-protection obligations when handling someone else's information.

You must not use the Service for stalking, harassment, coercion, threats, blackmail, non-consensual sexual activity, impersonation, deceptive manipulation, circumventing blocks, obtaining private information unlawfully, exploiting minors, or any illegal activity.

MayaDating offers a free plan and a paid "Pro" plan. Current displayed prices (subject to change) are approximately £4.99 per month or £2.99 per month when billed annually.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the frequency shown at checkout unless cancelled before renewal. You can cancel from your account settings where available, or by contacting us. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at purchase.

Payment processing may be handled by Stripe or another payment provider. Card details are processed by the payment provider, not stored directly by us in full.

We may change prices with reasonable advance notice. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the change takes effect.

For legal review: subscription terms, renewal, cancellation mechanics and any free-trial wording must be confirmed against current UK consumer contract requirements before launch.

If you are a UK consumer, you may have statutory rights including cancellation rights for certain distance contracts. Those rights are not affected by these Terms.

For legal review: how cooling-off rules apply to digital services and subscription contracts must be confirmed by counsel. Do not rely on this draft alone.
